The Admission Process
Enrollment
At Jaycees Senior Secondary School, Chatarkhar Mungeli, our admission procedure is designed to be simple, transparent, and parent-friendly.
1. Enquiry & Counselling
Parents may visit the school campus or contact the admission help desk for detailed information regarding curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and transport. Our team provides complete guidance to help parents make an informed decision.
2. Registration
• Submission of duly filled Admission/Registration Form
• Payment of registration fee
• Collection of prospectus (if applicable)
3. Interaction / Assessment
• For Pre-Primary & Primary classes: Informal interaction with child and parents
• For Higher Classes: Written assessment based on previous class syllabus
• Evaluation focuses on understanding level, not pressure
4. Document Submission
Required documents generally include:
- Birth Certificate (for junior classes)
- Previous School Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Mark Sheet / Progress Report
- Aadhaar Card copy
- Passport-size photographs
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
5. Confirmation of Admission
After successful interaction/assessment and document verification:
- Admission confirmation will be communicated
- Payment of admission fee
- Issuance of fee receipt & admission number
6. Orientation Program
New students and parents are invited for an orientation session to understand school rules, academic structure, etiquette expectations, and cultural activities.
